About This Activity
Description
A kids-only yoga class where they learn how to cultivate freedom in a safe environment. We use tools and activities to understand the mind and body connection. This practice opens up immense possibilities to cultivate self-love, self-regulation, and emotional intelligence. There will be mindful art, music, storytelling, dance, and so much more! Parents are welcome to sit in to observe or take an hour for yourself.
