About This Activity
Description
This is a tentative program. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
Experience the healing power of restorative yoga and Tibetan singing bowls. Each class begins with yoga to open the body through passive stretching and transitions to a meditation session accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls. Treat yourself to an hour of relaxation and healing.
