This course introduces students to the concept of globalization as a dynamic process and condition. Students will critically evaluate the extent to which an interconnected world serves as a force for equity or exploitation. This inquiry-based course surveys how socio-economic, socio-political, technological, and ecological dimensions intersect with globalization. Through active learning experiences, problem-solving, perspective-taking, and real-world connections, students will gain an appreciation of their individual and collective responsibilities as citizens of the world.
