About This Activity
The CIT program provides on the job training in all aspects of a counselor’s job at camp, child development and behavior management training, counseling techniques and best practices, communication and leadership, environmental stewardship, and community service. The SoundWaters CIT program emphasizes developing leadership skills and program teaching skills. *No Camp Friday, July 3rd
