Fitness Fun Students will have a brief meet and greet where we talk about basic nutrition facts and how to take care of our bodies. We will then engage in a variety of activities for a total of 40 minutes. During this time students will have the opportunity to engage in outdoor or indoor activities, guided fitness programs via video such as yoga, dance, and cardiovascular activities. if weather permits we will be outdoor mainly. Students will also have a brief opportunity to engage in outdoor recreational play. My name is Lisa Cauffman and i have been assistant teaching in first grade a few years.
