Ms. Cristin's Dance Squad and Bio Hello! My name is Cristin Kurtz and I am a special education para in the middle school part of Young Scholars. The kiddos call me “Miss Cristin”. I have been teaching for 5+ years now. I enjoy my job very much helping students get to where they need to be in a variety of challenges in life. I am a cheer coach of 10+ years and plenty of experience in the drama department. With my help, I will share any knowledge possible for the student to gain success in what they are trying to do. DANCE SQUAD: The dance team will learn a variety of moves depending where the class as a whole is coming from. I will show and teach old school moves but will mostly be modern hip hop/ contemporary dance. I will implement teamwork, responsibility, dedication, camaraderie and time management. The goal is to perform for friends and family at the end of the semester.
