About This Activity
The Minecraft Club allows students to express themselves, utilize STEM building skills, and think creatively while creating in a virtual environment. Students will use a school-accessible version of Minecraft (known as Eaglercraft) in group and individual game sessions. Great for beginners and longtime fans of the game! Students will also be able to watch and read anime! I am Daniel Simonson, employee at Young Scholars. This is my third year with YSCP, and I am excited to begin this new club. As this club was so well-received last year, I wanted to make sure it continued. Previously, I have worked as an elementary teacher and paraprofessional in special education settings, and look forward to another year of leading clubs.
