About This Activity
We are excited to again be offering backpacking for 12-14 year olds! Our Wilderness Rangers will get to build up their skills and go on an exciting wilderness adventure! Throughout the week the focus will be on building up our wilderness and leadership skills! Each Wilderness Rangers group will consist of 2 days of day camp from 9-4 and then a 3 day and 2-night backpacking adventure. We will be back ready for pick up by 4 pm on Friday afternoon. Specific locations must be confirmed with the Forest Service and won’t be set until late Spring/early Summer. Yampatika will have plenty of gear available for loan for participants.
