CLASS DESCRIPTION Embark on a flavor-packed culinary adventure! Campers will explore Asian Fusion cuisine while mastering precision knife skills, flavor balancing, and creative assembly techniques. Through hands-on preparation of vibrant dishes like sushi bowls, summer rolls, and signature boba tea, students will learn how texture, acidity, sweetness, and umami work together. This camp blends culinary science with artistry — building confidence and independence in the kitchen. Pair with Eco Chic: Jewelry Lab camp for a full day of creative fun! TEACHER Jill Modesitt CANCELLATION POLICY Before May 21st: refunds can be given for cancellations minus a non-refundable $35.00 administration fee. After May 21st: no refunds will be given for cancellations. You may transfer your young artist to another Young At Art Camp, in the same season, for no cost (unless there are additional camp fees) as long as there is space and the transfer request is made in writing 14 days prior to the start date of camp. Each camper is allowed up to 2 free transfers per summer. To submit your request in writing please email: programs@steamboatcreates.org Steamboat Creates does not allow transfers from Summer Camp to our School Day Out programming at this time. Steamboat Creates does not refund or prorate camps for limited attendance. Steamboat Creates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason, including workshops that do not meet the minimum registration requirements, or canceling a workshop due to inclement weather. If SC cancels a workshop, registrants will be given a full refund.
