About This Activity
CLASS DESCRIPTION Embark on an exciting journey through the ancient worlds of Greece and Egypt! Campers will immerse themselves in the rich history and myths of Ancient Greece—think Percy Jackson—and the wonders of Ancient Egypt, exploring pharaohs, pyramids, and papyrus. Through hands-on activities in art, design, writing, and building, young explorers will create their own masterpieces, tell stories, and learn about the fascinating cultures of these ancient civilizations. It's a thrilling adventure through time that brings history to life! This is a full-day camp. TEACHER Susanna Lewis CANCELLATION POLICY Before May 21st: refunds can be given for cancellations minus a non-refundable $35.00 administration fee. After May 21st: no refunds will be given for cancellations. You may transfer your young artist to another Young At Art Camp, in the same season, for no cost (unless there are additional camp fees) as long as there is space and the transfer request is made in writing 14 days prior to the start date of camp. Each camper is allowed up to 2 free transfers per summer. To submit your request in writing please email: programs@steamboatcreates.org Steamboat Creates does not allow transfers from Summer Camp to our School Day Out programming at this time. Steamboat Creates does not refund or prorate camps for limited attendance. Steamboat Creates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason, including workshops that do not meet the minimum registration requirements, or canceling a workshop due to inclement weather. If SC cancels a workshop, registrants will be given a full refund.
