About This Activity
CLASS DESCRIPTION Artists will dive into the world of needle felting, combining creativity, art, and sculpture. Campers will learn how to stitch and sculpt their own felt creations while also working together on a collaborative project: a vibrant steamboat mural made entirely out of felt! This hands-on, artistic journey invites campers to explore the wonders of felting. A blend of individual creativity and teamwork, Stitch & Sculpt Camp is perfect for young artists who love to create and collaborate. Please note an additional materials fee will be applied at check-out. TEACHER Elizabeth Meissner CANCELLATION POLICY Before May 21st: refunds can be given for cancellations minus a non-refundable $35.00 administration fee. After May 21st: no refunds will be given for cancellations. You may transfer your young artist to another Young At Art Camp, in the same season, for no cost (unless there are additional camp fees) as long as there is space and the transfer request is made in writing 14 days prior to the start date of camp. Each camper is allowed up to 2 free transfers per summer. To submit your request in writing please email: programs@steamboatcreates.org Steamboat Creates does not allow transfers from Summer Camp to our School Day Out programming at this time. Steamboat Creates does not refund or prorate camps for limited attendance. Steamboat Creates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason, including workshops that do not meet the minimum registration requirements, or canceling a workshop due to inclement weather. If SC cancels a workshop, registrants will be given a full refund.
