About This Activity
CLASS DESCRIPTION Explore, create, and play in the great outdoors! Campers will craft clay pots, weave mini pouches, paint with natural materials, and design small ecosystems inspired by nature. Woodland walks and a visit to the Botanical Gardens spark curiosity and creativity as art and environment come together. Each day blends hands-on projects with outdoor discovery, encouraging imagination, observation, and joyful exploration. Pair with Dance Me a Story camp for a full day of creative fun! TEACHER Jillian Tomlinson CANCELLATION POLICY Before May 21st: refunds can be given for cancellations minus a non-refundable $35.00 administration fee. After May 21st: no refunds will be given for cancellations. You may transfer your young artist to another Young At Art Camp, in the same season, for no cost (unless there are additional camp fees) as long as there is space and the transfer request is made in writing 14 days prior to the start date of camp. Each camper is allowed up to 2 free transfers per summer. To submit your request in writing please email: programs@steamboatcreates.org Steamboat Creates does not allow transfers from Summer Camp to our School Day Out programming at this time. Steamboat Creates does not refund or prorate camps for limited attendance. Steamboat Creates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason, including workshops that do not meet the minimum registration requirements, or canceling a workshop due to inclement weather. If SC cancels a workshop, registrants will be given a full refund.
