Taught by Zoo educators, classes include hands-on activities, discussion, animal encounters and time spent out in the zoo. Each program includes progressive program topics focused on teaching students about animals and their interactions within their ecosystems. This March, we will be learning about the different ways that animals can become endangered! We will be sure to chat about ways that some grown ups around the world are helping and even small steps that you can take at home to help! This session is offered to 6-7 year olds and runs on Tuesdays in March (the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th) from 3:30-5:00 pm. Please note, these are in-person classes held on-site at the zoo and parent/guardian attendance is not permitted.
