About This Activity
Slice it up in these hands-on cooking classes where students will mix, knead, and roll out a variety of pizza doughs, simmer summer sauces, and load up farm-fresh toppings to build the pizzas of their dreams. Students will learn mise en place, knife skills, recipe reading, and more. Beyond the kitchen, kids will help the farmers in the fields and have time to explore the farm. They'll bring home a deeper connection to where their food comes from, memories of time spent in nature, and recipes galore! New recipes every day.
