About This Activity
Saunter up to the stove in these hands-on cooking classes where students will make vibrant pestos, fresh chimichurris, tangy dressings, and other flavor-packed creations. Students will learn mise en place, knife skills, recipe reading, and more. Beyond the kitchen, kids will help the farmers in the fields and have time to explore the farm. They'll bring home a deeper connection to where their food comes from, memories of time spent in nature, and recipes galore! New recipes every day.
