What don't we know about the ocean? Turns out, quite a lot! The average depth of the ocean is 12,000 feet, way deeper than we can explore by swimming! Crusade across the surface of the sea as you paddle a kayak and swim as fast as you can! It is up to you to investigate the salty seas, and considering only 10-20% of the ocean has been explored, you have got some work to do! As stated by NOAA, "before we can truly explore, we must map." Work with your fellow crusaders to map the ocean floor and perform a beach ecosystem study. Includes: snorkeling, kayaking, beach profiling
