About This Activity
Experience the unreal world of ocean sounds and vibrations! Underwater sound is generated by a wide variety of marine life and natural phenomena like waves and rain. But do fish make sounds? Investigate the science of undersea sounds, the causes of the ambient noise, and the frequencies of man-made sources such as ships and military sonars. Determine how sounds can impact marine mammals. Create a model of an underwater sound wave. Includes: boat trips, sound experiments, snorkel adventures, and boogie boarding. Please note that this is a ONE DAY SESSION registration, you may sign up for multiple sessions.
