About This Activity
Come one, come all, we're all tide together! Humans have been navigating waterways for thousands and thousands of years and are still discovering the secrets of the ocean to this day! Learn about the rhythmic pull of the ocean tides through hands-on exploration in tidal pools, experiment in the lab to understand how waves are created, and tie it all together to see how changes in the ocean would create changes for us humans! This program will create a great base knowledge of ocean functions that leads many paths to be explored! Includes: tide pooling, science experiments, kayaking, and local species ID!
