Intro to Strength training will be an introduction to Level Up's core concepts of training. It will involve teaching key movement patterns such as the squat, hinge, push, pull and carry. Kids will be taught these concepts in a fun, safe, and effective way that keeps them engaged and motivated. All ability levels welcome.
