Dance your way to fitness and have fun!
Zumba improves coordination, balance, and endurance, tones your entire body, elevates your mood, and lowers stress levels. An amazing workout that feels like a dance party!! Easy to follow, Latin inspired dance moves and great music! Our class is lower impact but you may ramp up the moves to make the workout your own.
Mondays 6:15pm to 7:15pm at the Stoughton Youth Center.
