About This Activity
6 week lacrosse clinic starting 9/7/2025, 2:30pm - 3:30pm. Raindate 10/19. If raindate is needed, the clinic time will be 11am - 12pm. This clinic is suitable for both beginners and intermediates. Beginners learn throwing, catching, cradling, ground ball pick-ups, dodging, shooting, & 1 v. 1 defense. For intermediate players, we reinforce the fundamentals, while also introducing the concepts of cutting, clearing, re-defending, double-teaming, settled attack and crease defense. Girls equipment (all grades): goggles, mouthguard, stick , sneakers. Clinics are generally divided by grade and ability level, but friends can always be placed together upon request.
