About This Activity
Get campers ready for kindergarten! Our Kindergarten Preparation program is designed for children entering kindergarten in the fall and offers a thoughtful blend of early academics, routines, and joyful exploration. Morning sessions strengthen emerging reading, writing, and math skills while introducing kindergarten etiquette and expectations such as taking turns, working with partners, and caring for classroom materials. Campers also explore new school spaces, helping them build independence and confidence as they become familiar with what a kindergarten day feels like. Teachers create a caring and supportive environment where children practice the social, emotional, and academic skills that contribute to a strong start to the school year. Full-day campers enjoy afternoon sessions built around weekly hands-on themes that incorporate STEAM, music and movement, and outdoor learning, offering an engaging and well-rounded extension to their day. Note: Campers must turn 5 years old by December 2, 2026. Families may choose a morning-only or full-day option.
