Activity Organizer: EnActe Arts Email: noahluce@enacte.org Dates: Fridays Grades: 2-5 Cost: $630 Description: In this dynamic and engaging class, students will explore classic storytelling through theater games and performance, while also utilizing improvisation to enhance their problem-solving abilities, encourage positive solutions, and foster teamwork and idea-building. Each day will begin with a screening of an animated short, followed by an in-depth analysis and design of a story that encourages critical thinking and creativity using logical and narrative structures. By the end of each class, each student will have a clearly communicated and coherent story outline. Through all these tools, each student will discover new ways of communicating and succeeding in the world around them. Overall, this camp offers a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for students to collaborate, express themselves, and make their voices heard while developing essential skills that will benefit them both in and outside of the performing arts.
