Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your attention on the present moment. In yoga, participants often use breathing and yoga poses to help the mind calm. Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in school-age children. Yoga club will help improve balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Required Materials: Students are required to get their own yoga mats.
