About This Activity
Power Weeks are designed to give our High Performance and above level of student-athletes rigouous collegiate-style training in a competitive, yet supportive, all-day environment. Over the course of the week, players work on both physical and mental aspects of their game. The Power Weeks focus on achieving significant individual improvement, with emphasis on endurance, physical conditioning and tactical skill integration. On court core values are reinforced throughout and particularly during match play. Typical Schedule: 8:15–8:30 Drop off 8:30–11::00 Performance Training & Drills 11:00 - 12:30 Lunch 12:30–2:30 Match Play and Skills Development 2:30–3:00 - Pick up Features: Competitive Training Environment Online Evaluation Video Analysis Mental skills Matchplay Targeted Fitness Player Performance Shirt Power Weeks are directed by the Eagle Fustar Tennis Academy and their professional coaching staff. For more than a decade, Eagle Fustar has been the premier training academy in Northern California, cultivating a love for the game of tennis and producing players that go on to enjoy competing in USTA tournaments, on middle and high school teams, D1 and D3 college teams, and professional tennis. No CANCELLATIONS, or CHANGES starting the Friday before your Power Week begins, No Refunds CANCELLATION: $50 fee per week of Power Week, Camp (to cover out registration fees) No fee if you are canceling your Waitlist registration CHANGES: No fee if change session dates thru April 30 $15 for changes per week of camp after May 1
