Power Weeks are designed to give our High Performance and above level of student-athletes rigouous collegiate-style training in a competitive, yet supportive, all-day environment. Over the course of the week, players work on both physical and mental aspects of their game. The Power Weeks focus on achieving significant individual improvement, with emphasis on endurance, physical conditioning and tactical skill integration. On court core values are reinforced throughout and particularly during match play. For more than a decade, Eagle Fustar has been the premier training academy in Northern California, cultivating a love for the game of tennis and producing players that go on to enjoy competing in USTA tournaments, on middle and high school teams, D1 and D3 college teams, and professional tennis.
