Our Full Time program philosophy is to run a highly individualized, flexible, high energy program designed to foster a positive training environment. Players can expect to get a lot of touches on the ball, execute college and pro level drills, fitness and matchplay. Sample day of training: 8:30 - 8:40 Dynamic activation 8:40 - 10:15 Drills 10:15 - 11am - Fitness (Core, Explosiveness, Leg strength, shoulder maintenance) 12:30 - 2:30 Matchplay, conditional points or extra drilling 2:30 - 2:45 - players are expected to stretch on their own We have a great group of players working with us who bring 100% effort, energy, and engagement every day. We require this from all participants. In Case of Rain/Smoke cancellations, we will issue a $ credit based on number of days canceled to be used towards future Eagle Fustar Full time. No expiry to the credit issued. Valid for all Camps only (Winter, Summer, Fall). No refunds
