About This Activity
Description
This is a basic full-body strength training workout that focuses on a combination of resistance bands for dynamic tension, than we will be using sometimes free weights, or kettle bells, or weighted bars, fallowed by abdominal exercises to sculpt and strengthen the core muscles.Finishing with few stretches.This class is for all levels. with modifications if needed.July: 16, 30Aug: 6, 20, 27
