About This Activity
Engineering may be hard to define because there are so many disciplines! UBC alone has 14 different engineering programs that one can study. If you are curious about different engineering streams, the club sessions at the Surrey Libraries - Clayton branch is a great fit for you. Ranging from civil engineering to electrical and environmental engineering, the two-hour workshops will go through how to apply the engineering design cycle across disciplines. In each workshop, students will also be exposed to projects that budding engineers work on day-to-day in their fields! The Engineering Express clubs will run for two hours every Saturday from March 14th to March 28th for three consecutive weeks from 2 - 4 pm. Curriculum may be repeated from prior programs but will always be introduced with a new twist!
