About This Activity

Description

Step into real-world robotics in this series of exciting classes. Divided into age groups, each will have challenges appropriate to their skill level, whether experienced or not. Each week, utilizing LEGO's innovative robotics technology and Bricks 4 Kidz unique model plans, students will build a different dynamic robotic creation, maybe a line-following rover or a battling sumo-bot, a spinning amusement park ride or a prancing penguin...the list goes on. Then they use software on tablets to program their robot to do amazing things. It's a unique opportunity to dive into the fundamentals of robotics, coding, building, and problem-solving for beginners as well as fun new challenges for more advanced kids as they all enjoy a week filled with fun, learning, and endless innovation. All students take home a custom minifigure (kits are reused not taken home). Parents: go take a break, you can drop off and pick up your child at any time during the workshop hours. (Kits are reused not taken home.)
