Y Recreation Cheerleading is a volunteer-coached program supported by Y staff designed to teach the basic skills of Cheerleading to children of all skill levels. The focus will be on the fundamentals of cheerleading, basic tumbling, stunting, teamwork, and sportsmanship. YMCA's core values will be emphasized throughout the season. Teams will be split up by age group and all age groups will practice once a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, followed by cheering during a game on Saturday mornings during Flag Football. Practice Times: 5 to 9 are at 5:00pm.
