About This Activity
Description
This 12-week youth cancer survivor program provides sessions that are low-impact, helps develop coordination, and decreases deconditioning that is a result of treatment.
Please contact Nicole Kettermann at nicole.kettermann@TampaYMCA.org to schedule your intake meeting (this happens before the program start date). Please complete all forms and return to Nicole prior to your intake session. If you provide your doctor's information, we can send your medical waiver via secure fax to your physician. No additional doctor appt. is necessary. For 13-17 yr old's please contact Nicole Kettermann.
