About This Activity
Description
The Bob Sierra Y offers Taekwondo for beginners through advanced skill levels. Tampa Y instructors are experts in their field and strive to provide safe and ethical training. Taekwondo classes hold the values of discipline, personal growth and respect for others. Participants will gain strength, flexibility and mental discipline.
New session starts every month. Classes are held twice weekly Monday and Wednesday.
