WINTER - CODE & TECH PLAYGROUNDWhile exploring the art of coding, students tackle new challenges that blend hands-on design, beginner-friendly coding, and engaging tech expl like simple \ robotics demos. CodeFu Tampa kids dive into new cutting-edge tools coupled with programs they LOVE - discovering new digital worlds like MakeCode, CodeSpark, MakeWonder and MUCH MORE!
TRANSFORMING SCREEN TIME into a skill building experience that empowers them to become confident creators in today’s tech-driven world.
WHAT THEY’LL DO• Experiment with simple robotics: Engage in hands-on robotics activities where virtual code drives real-world movements and physical reactions• Discovery of new digital environments and uncover hidden software mechanics.• Weekly build challenges: Collaborate on creative puzzle mechanics, story logic, and mini-program goals.• Block-coding practice: plan → assemble → test → debug
PROGRAMMING FUNDAMENTALS THEY MASTER• Understand how code controls both digital and physical objects• Develop logical thinking by sequencing actions for both apps and robots• Practice adapting code for new challenges and troubleshooting unexpected outcomes• Connect digital coding concepts to hands-on robotics experiences
