About This Activity
Description
This class is for athletes interested in learning the basics. This introductory class starts the foundation of body awareness and muscle control to progress though proper tumbling technique. Skills worked on include forward roll, handstand, handstand forward roll, cartwheel, round-off, front walkover, back walkover.
