Join us for an epic 4 night, 5 day camping trip as we explore California’s unique desert and not so desert landscapes. Our group will spend two nights at the Wildlands Conservancy’s Whitewater Preserve and two nights in Joshua Tree National Park. During our journey we’ll enjoy awesome hikes, nature illustration, guest lectures from indigenous practitioners, great food, desert flowers, spring bird songs, refreshing swims and so much more! Although many people believe the desert to be dry, empty and devoid of life, we are thrilled to introduce our group to both the Mojave and Colorado Desert which contain some of the highest biodiversity of any desert ecosystem on the planet. This weeklong immersive experience aims to reveal the magic of springtime in the desert and bestow an appreciation for this breathtaking landscape and all that it has to offer!
