About This Activity
Come join Varsity Head Coach Jessica Stoddard, members of the CC Swimming staff and team . SWIM CAMP SITE IS TBD The Shamrock Swimming camp strives to provide instruction to swimmers on every aspect of the sport. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced swimmer, we provide the training and skills needed to succeed in the competitive sport of Swimming. We will focus on technique of all 4 strokes, as well as starts, turns, finishes, speed, and sport-specific fitness. Each participant should bring: Swimming suit (please have it on under your clothes and arrive ready to go), water bottle, goggles, caps (if you use one), swimming equipment (if you have it) and a towel.
