About This Activity
Description
This welcoming, all-levels Yoga Flow class is designed to help you build strength, reduce stress, and move with greater ease—no experience needed.
Led by an RYT-500 instructor with over 11 years of teaching, each session blends breathwork with clear, guided movement to improve flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness.
You’ll learn foundational poses, proper alignment, and how to connect movement with breath in a smooth, flowing sequence. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, you’ll feel supported every step of the way—leaving stronger, more balanced, and confident in your body.
