About This Activity
Description
Our For The Love Youth & Teen classes are designed to help kids and adolescents create a lifelong, positive relationship with the fitness and wellness of their bodies outside of competitive, sports-focused settings. In our six-week For The Love Of Cardio session, participants will explore a variety of movement opportunities and activities to foster heart health through a variety of dynamic, cardio-focused movement activities and techniques. Students at Thurmont Middle School may dismiss after the school day directly to this activity; snack provided.
