Design and build as never before and explore your craziest ideas.Parks and Recreation Fee (PARF)Community members who live, or own property, within the City of Tigard pay a Parks and Recreation Fee (PARF). As a result, residents receive a 20% discount on Tigard Parks & Rec programs that have a registration fee over $25.00.
