About This Activity

Whether you’re picking up a hook for the first time or looking to refine your skills, Crochet Craze is a hands-on experience where campers will learn the fundamentals—like holding a hook, reading patterns, and mastering essential stitches—while creating their own cozy, colorful projects such as scarves, accessories, or even a mini crocheted friend. Campers will explore different types of yarn and textures, discover how to choose the perfect materials for each project, and enjoy connecting with fellow creators in a fun, supportive environment. No previous crochet experience is required, all materials are provided, and each camper will leave with handmade treasures and a hobby that can last a lifetime!
