Led by: SJJ Head Soccer Coach Claudio Cabrera and Strength and Conditioning Coach Chase Bavis 20’ Better Footwork. More Speed. Train like a pro at the Titan All-Sports Agility Camp. We focus on the three pillars of athleticism: 1. Acceleration: Reach top speed in fewer strides. 2. Deceleration: Stop on a dime and change direction instantly. 3. Reaction: Move before your opponent does. Open to all boys athletes grades 6-12. Come ready to work.
