During the Yoga and Mindfulness Club, students in Kindergarten through First Grade will engage in yoga poses, mindfulness activities, songs, games, and imaginative play. Through yoga and mindfulness, they will learn tools for health and wellness, personal awareness, connection to peers, and more in a playful and supportive environment. This club is led by certified kids yoga instructor Melany Gladieux. Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat, or one will be provided. Kids yoga book included for each child. Session dates are 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 11/7, 11/14, and 11/28 (last class). Please note there is no class on 10/31 and 11/21.
