About This Activity
*** Properly working bike and helmet required to participate. We do not rent bicycles. Trailbiking with CASMA! Hit the DVP and Sunnybrook trails with experienced instructors for 2 hours of biking and fun! Trail biking is a great sport for developing endurance, balance and character. Bikers will learn fundamental trail biking and road rules, techniques and skills needed to complete trails safely. Groups will be formed based on skill level. A properly tuned up bike and a properly fitted helmet is mandatory for this program. Knee pads and elbow pads are optional. This program is open to beginner, intermediate and advanced bikers. The trails each group takes will depend on their biking proficiency level. The easiest trails will be flat with some roots, rocks and small climbs. The hardest trails will have log jumps, difficult climbs and descents on rugged terrain with roots and rocks. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
