Withrow Ball Hockey Academy Week 1: All-Star Prep Week (Co-ed) Dates: June 29 and June 30 (2 Days) Location: Withrow Park Overview: Kick off the summer with All-Star Prep Week, a high-energy training week designed to get campers ready for the exciting OBHF minor provincial ball hockey tournaments happening throughout early July across Ontario. The Ontario Ball Hockey Federation oversees a series of competitive provincial championships for youth divisions — from U8 through U18 — giving young athletes the chance to compete, develop, and showcase their skills on a bigger stage. What We’ll Do This Week: Skill Development Sessions: Focused drills to improve stickhandling, passing, shooting, offensive tactics, defensive positioning, transition play, and game-sense strategies. Tactical Workshops: Learn and practice formations, power play and penalty kill concepts, team play communication, and situational awareness. Mini-Game Challenges: Controlled scrimmages that simulate OBHF tournament play-style so players can apply their skills in game-like environments. Physical & Mental Prep: Conditioning work and mental strategies to build confidence, endurance, and focus for tournament competition. Whether your camper is heading into their first provincial tournament or looking to sharpen their skills for league play, All-Star Prep Week sets the foundation for summer success both on and off the court.
