Our After-School Program is designed to meet players where they are in their development, offering two distinct skill-based streams to ensure every athlete has the best possible experience. You are currently registering for: Introduction to Ball Hockey Recommended for ages 4–9 This program is perfect for new players and younger athletes who are being introduced to ball hockey for the first time. Sessions focus on building confidence, basic skills, and a love for the game in a fun, supportive environment. Focus Areas: -Fundamentals of ball hockey (stickhandling, passing, shooting) -Basic gameplay concepts and teamwork -Motor skills, coordination, and balance -Fun games and activities that keep kids engaged and active This level emphasizes enjoyment, learning, and positive early sport experiences.
