About This Activity
The Spring Term (Term 3) Junior Program is designed to encourage cooperation and group awareness. Our artist-educators introduce a variety of theatre games that use physical movement to create a positive group energy, trust, and sensitivity towards peers. The drama curriculum covers Storytelling, Tableaux, Pantomime, Improvisation, Dance, Vocal training and Musical Theatre. The Spring Term culminates in a final musical theatre performance at the end of the Term 3. The last 2 scheduled classes include the dress rehearsal date and performance date. These last 2 classes may not fall on the designated class "day of the week" or designated "class time". Parents will be provided with a production schedule, location and new times for dress rehearsal and performances. Ages: 3 to 6 years old Duration: 11 weeks including the dress rehearsal and performance Time: 1.5 hours per week Performance: A final performance is held on the last day of term 3
