About This Activity
Every great invention starts with an idea, and every idea needs a creator brave enough to build it. In this innovation-focused camp, students become young entrepreneurs and learn to turn ideas into real products. Through teamwork, design thinking, and technology exploration, campers experience the full journey from concept to creation. In Tech Entrepreneur Leadership Lab (AI Light), students step into the roles of innovators, engineers, and startup leaders. This inspiring, hands-on camp teaches students how real products are created, from identifying meaningful problems to building working prototypes and pitching ideas with confidence. Solution Topic: In this camp, students explore investigative questions by designing real technology solutions and discovering how AI Light supports smarter products. Students will inquire: - How do entrepreneurs identify problems worth solving? - How can technology create smarter solutions? - How do teams improve ideas through testing? Design, Experiment and Build: Campers will: - Select a real-world problem - Define users and success criteria - Brainstorm solutions - Choose technologies - Build and test prototypes - Experiment with AI Light behaviours - Refine based on feedback - Pitch their product
