About This Activity
Blast off into space! Campers become space engineers as they design and code robots inspired by rockets, rovers, and space missions. Each challenge brings them closer to understanding how robots help explore planets beyond Earth. Through hands-on builds, creative challenges, and playful exploration, your child learns the fundamentals of robotics, design thinking, and problem-solving, all in a supportive environment with peers. Through guided builds and imaginative challenges, your child explores how engineering and coding work together. Your child will: - Learn how block-based coding controls motors and movement - Explore how machines are designed to solve real-world problems - Understand cause-and-effect through building and testing - Practice early engineering and problem-solving skills - Collaborate and communicate with teammates
