Held on Concordia Prep athletic fields, the camp is run by knowledgeable coaches, including some of the Concordia Prep lacrosse coaching staff. The camp includes: Skill Development Sessions: Focused drills on fundamental lacrosse skills like shooting, passing, cradling, and defensive positioning. Each session is structured to build player confidence and improve technical ability. Small-Sided Games and Drills: Participants engage in small-group scrimmages and competitive drills that reinforce teamwork, game strategy, and quick decision-making under pressure. Position-Specific Coaching: Tailored instruction for attack, midfield, defense, and goalie positions, allowing players to receive focused guidance based on their role and personal goals. Fitness and Conditioning: Age-appropriate strength and conditioning exercises are incorporated to enhance players’ endurance, agility, and overall athletic performance. Fun and Team-Building Activities: Beyond the on-field action, campers participate in team-building exercises and activities that foster camaraderie and a sense of sportsmanship. The camp provides a positive, encouraging environment where players can hone their skills, build confidence, and form friendships with fellow lacrosse enthusiasts.
